It is our intention to continue to bring you regular updates on the water supply situation through our Blog Page. However should you wish to report a leakage,  please note that our customer service team in the Water Services Department will be taking calls tomorrow, Sunday 17 January, from 9.00 a.m to 4.00 p.m.  The dedicated contact number is 2054800. This number will also be in operation throughout office hours, Mon-Fri  9.00 p.m - 5.00 p.m.

The phone lines continue to be extremely busy and should you experience a delay in answering your call, please accept our apologies and follow the link from the Comments Box on our home page to report any mains water leakages that you have identified. Many customers have already notified us of problem areas and this is greatly assisting the Leakage Inspectors and crews in their service/repair programme, which is on-going and will take some time to complete. Your continued co-operation and patience is much appreciated by the County Manager and all Council staff involved in managing this critical situation.
