Burst main in Ballybrack/Killiney area - 26/2 @10:15am

UPDATE at 12:30pm - Water now restored in the Watson Drive/Park area.

Due to a burst main, households in the Watson Drive/Watson Park area will be without water for a number of hours. Crews are currently working on repairing the burst.

Water Supply Update - 11 February @ 14:15

Drinking water storage levels in the Region have stabilised to the extent that over the coming weeks the Council will be stepping back from the increased pressure reductions applied since December 2010 and will be reverting to normal pressure management of the water network.

Water off - Glenageary Area evening of Thurs 10th February 2011

Due to a burst watermain in Glenageary   –

Glenageary Park
Glenageary Road Upper

Will be without water this evening during the repair.  It is hoped that the crew will have water restored by 7.30 pm this evening.

The Council regrets this unavoidable disruption to the water supply.

Water off - Stepaside Park area Thursday 10th February 2010

Due to essential works on the water network, water supply to the Stepaside Park area shall be disrupted between the times of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. on Thursday 10th February 2010.

The Local Authority regrets any inconvenience caused to customers by these interruptions of water supply and will ensure that such interruptions will be kept to a minimum.

Emergency Repair Works at Lynwood - Water to be restored @ 17.30 hrs 8/2/11

Due to a burst water main in Lynwood, Ballinteer water has been turned off during repair.  It is hoped that water will be restored to all Estates affected - Lynwood and Castlebrook by 17.30 hrs this evening.

Repair to burst at Monkstown - Water off 8/02/11 12.00 hrs

Due to a burst water main in the Monkstown area, the following estates are without water during the repair.  It is anticipated that water will be restored by 17.00 hrs this evening.

Windsor Estate, Richmond Esate and Brook Court.

Drinking water storage levels in the Region have stabilised to the extent that no planned shutdowns will take place prior to the night of Friday 11th February 2011. Less severe nightly pressure reductions will continue across the County during this period.
