Water Disruption – Nerano Road & The Green Road, Dalkey –30th Nov 2012 @ 11.45 am

Update at 12.40:  Water has now been restored.

Water has been turned off in Nerano Road and The Green Road, Dalkey due to a burst watermain. The Water Crew are currently on site repairing this main and it is hoped to have water restored as soon as possible.




The Council apologises for this disruption to the water supply.

Burst Watermain - Woodbrook Glen, Bray - Update @ 11.15 Thursday 29.11.12

The water has now been restored to Woodbrook Glen.

Due to a burst watermain in The Green, Woodbrook Glen, Bray, water will be disrupted to facilitate repair of this main.  This may result in low water pressure or no water at all.

Water Disruption - St. Patricks Park, Stepaside 29th Nov 2012 @ 10.40 am



Water has been turned off in St. Patrick's Park, Stepaside due to a burst watermain.  The Water Crew are currently on site repairing this main and it is hoped to have water restored as soon as possible.

Disruption to Water Supplies - Saturday 24th November 2012

Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council advises that due to essential works at Ballymore Eustace Water Treatment Works there will be disruption to water supply resulting in a reduction in service with reduced pressures and loss of supply in some areas, on Saturday 24th November 2012. Works will commence at 4.00 am and water supplies will be affected for most of Saturday.

The following are the areas that will be affected:-

Marley Grange and surrounding areas, including
Marley Court
Llewellyn
Grange Wood
Marley Park
Heather Estate
Marley View
Barton Road East and surrounding areas, including
Meadow Mount
Dargle View
Hillview
Beech Lawn
Sweetmount
Weston Park
Mountain View
Balinteer Road (parts of, near Dundrum Castle)
Gort Muire
Wyckham Place

All efforts will be made to minimise disruption as far as is possible. Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council apologises for the inconvenience caused.

Water Burst Dalkey - Thursday 22nd November Update 16.45 hrs

Update @ 3.40 pm Friday 23rd November 2012.

The water has been restored to the Knock-na-Cree and surrounding areas following a burst watermain.  We apologise for the inconvenience this caused to residents.

Please note it may take a while for your system to be restored to capacity following this interruption.


Update: 9.00am Friday 23rd November:

Unfortunately there is still a problem with the water supply in the Knock-na-Cree, Sorrento and surrounding areas.

We have a crew working on repairing the burst and further updates will be posted.



The Water Crew have been working on restoring water supply to Knock-na-Cree, Sorrento and surrounding areas affected by the burst watermain all day.

Parts of Sorrento Heights, Nerano Road, Green Road and Sorrento Road have had their water restored at 16.30 this afternoon.

The crew are still working on getting the water supply back to the remaining areas and it is hoped to have all areas back this evening.

Due to essential maintenance works the water will be turned off in the Sandyford area on Saturday 17th November between the hours of 9.00 – 17.00 hrs approximately.
