As a consequence of the reduction in water supply pressures which are being implemented across the County, some businesses and households will experience a loss of water supply. In addition to the impact of this general reduction in water pressure, businesses and households in the following areas will lose supply as a consequence of specific restrictions being implemented.


The following areas will be without water or suffer a severe reduction in water pressure from 19:00 on 17/01/10 until mid-morning on Monday 18/01/10.

Water Off Notice : Glenageary

Area bounded by Glenageary Road Upper-Glenageary Road Lower-Beechwood Park-Royal Terrace West-Mulgrave Terrace-Mulgrave Street-Georges Street Upper-Haigh Terrace-Queens Road-Park Road-Summerhill Road-Rosmeen Park-Silchester Road-Marlboro Road.

Water Off Notice : Sandycove

Area bounded by Windsor Terrace-Newtownsmith-Marine Parade-Otranto Place-Sandycove Avenue,Point, Place-Sandycove Road-Elton Park-Albert Road-Arkendale Road-Gosworth Park-Barnhill Road-Haddington Lawns-Beech Park-Station Road - Eden Terrace.

Monkstown Road and all roads off it, Seapoint Avenue and all roads off it, Stradbrook Road and all roads off it.

Water Off Notice : Booterstown & Mount Merrion Avenue

Booterstown Avenue and all roads off it, Merrion Grove, Belfield Park Apartments, Mount Merrion Avenue and all roads off it from The Elms to Brooklawn inclusive (East), Mount Merrion Avenue and all roads off it from South Hill Avenue to Cross Avenue inclusive (West), St Helens, Grotto.

Foxrock area including Brighton Road, Glenamuck Road (north of M50), The Park Cabinteely, Ballyogan, The Gallops, Leopardstown, Brennanstown Road, Brewery Road, Merville, Galloping Green, Stillorgan Road (N11) part of, Woodlands, Ardagh Park, Granville and Foxrock Park, Mervill Estate, Beaufield Park, Woodlands.

Area including Church Road (from Wyatville junction), Military Road, Killiney Hill Road (including Cenacle and Seafield, Bayview, Brookdene); Sheelin, Inagh, Glencar, Glenavon, Cedar Court, Laurel Avenue, Holly Court and all roads off these roads. Cherrywood estate, Loughlinstown Park & Wood, Cromlech Fields Glen Druid.

Ballinteer area including Marlay Grange, Grange Wood, Llewellyn, Broadford, Pine Valley, Kingston, Ballinteer Park, College Park, Delbrook, Ballinteer Park, Ballinteer Avenue and Drive, Grange Field, Grange Hall, Ballintyre Hall.
