Water Disruption Blackrock area 5th September 2013

Due to a water burst in the Blackrock area the following areas will be without water in order to necessitate repair:-

Avondale Lawn
Avondale Court
Proby Gardens
Proby Square
Brookfield Terrace, Avenue & Place
Sweetmans Avenue
Anglesea Avenue
Sydney Terrace
(and surrounding areas)

The Water Crew are currently on site repairing the main and it is hoped to have water restored this evening.  However, there is a slight possibility that water may not be restored until tomorrow morning.

The Council apologises for this disruption.

Customers are advised that on completion of the works, there may be some initial discolouration of the water.  Allowing the taps to run for a short period of time will help water to clear.  If discolouration continues  please call Tel: 6778844 (After Hours Number)
