Water has been turned off in Newvale, Shankill, due to a burst watermain. The Water Crew are currently on site repairing this main and it is hoped to have water restored as soon as possible.
Areas affected include:
Newvale
Library Road
Assumpta Park
Hilltop
Lower Road
And may also affect surrounding areas.
After any work on the watermain there may be some initial discolouration or particles in the water. Allowing taps to run for a short period of time can help water to clear.
The Council apologises for this disruption to the water supply.
