Due to two major bursts today, water has been disrupted to the following have areas:-
1) Wyvern and Mount Auburn Killiney - water will be restored at 6.00 pm this evening
2) Barnhill Road and Castlepark Road - water will be restored at 8.00 pm this evening.
The water crews are currently on site repairing these broken watermains. The Council apologises for this disruption to the water supply.
After any work on the watermain there may be some initial discolouration or particiles in the water. Allowing taps to run for a short period of time can help water to clear.
