Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown Water Update 14th January 2011 - updated 14.55 hrs

Following the continuing improvement in the drinking water storage levels in the Region’s no planned shutdowns will take place over this weekend (Friday night to Sunday night inclusive). Pressure reductions will continue across the County over the weekend but with a reduction in severity. These areas are listed below. This position will be reviewed by our Water Services team on Monday.

Householders and customers should note that it is possible that shut-offs may be necessary in response to leaks and bursts that arise over the weekend. Should this be necessary the Council’s blog  and Aertel page 630 will be updated.

Weekend works in Blackrock, scheduled under The Dublin Region Watermains Rehabilitation Project,  are not covered by this notice and householders and customers affected by these (rehabilitation) works should refer to the  separate notifications delivered to them.

We'd like to thank you for your continued patience and cooperation during the recent period of disruption, and urge you to maintain water conservation efforts. Please continue to help us find and fix leaks by reporting any bursts or leaks to: burstmains@dlrcoco.ie
