Water Disruption - Mackintosh Park, Dun Laoghaire - Wednesday 12th December @ 9.30am

Water has been turned off in Mackintosh Park due to a burst watermain. The Water Crew are currently on site repairing this main and it is hoped to have water restored as soon as possible.

This may also affect some surrounding areas.

Due to a burst watermain in Loughlinstown water has been turned off in the following areas in order to necessitate repair:-

The water crew are currently on site repairing the main, and it is likely that the water will be off until 5.00 pm this evening.

Water Off - Braemor Road, Churchtown - Tuesday 11th December @ 11.30am

Due to a burst watermain, the water will be off in the Braemor Road area on Tuesday 11th December in order to necessitate repair. Areas affected include:

Braemor Road
Landscape Road
And surrounding areas


The water crew are currently working on repairing the burst and once this has been completed water will be restored.


Unfortunately, an exact time when water will be restored cannot be given at this stage.

Burst Watermain - Sandyford Village - Update @ 12.10 pm Monday 10th Dec 2012

Due to a burst watermain in Sandyford Village, the water supply will be disrupted to the Village as well as surrounding estates to faciliate repair of this burst.

Water may be disrupted in the Adelaide Road area of Glasthule due to an essential repair of a watermain at Dixon Villas.

The water crew are currently on site repairing the main and it is hoped to have the water restored to all households as soon as possible.

Nutgrove Avenue - Water Disruption Mon 3rd Dec 2012

The burst has been repaired and water has been turned back on in Nutgrove Avenue and surrounding area. (turned back on at 1.00 p.m.)
Due to a major burst on Nutgrove Avenue, water has been turned off on Nutgrove Avenue and surrounding areas in order to facilitate repair.


The water crew are currently on site repairing the main and it is hoped to have the water restored as soon as possible, although an exact time cannot be given at this stage.

The Council apologises for this disruption to the water supply and ensures that this disruption will be kept to a minimum.
