2/12/10 - Ballyogan Recycling Park Closed Today

Due to the adverse weather conditions the Ballyogan Recycling Park is currently closed

Road conditions throughout the County remain treacherous and motorists are advised  not to undertake any unnecessary journeys by car. For real time updates on road hot spots, please telephone the Dublin Regional Traffic Information centre on 1800293949 or tune into Dublin City fm 103.2. 'Live Drive' from 4 - 7.00p.m

Council crews are continuing to grit priority roads and are currently applying 4 times the normal rate of salt to the areas most affected.

Due to burst watermains the following areas are without water:-

The Rise, Mount Merrion
Thomastown Road, Sallynoggin
Trimleston Park
Quinns Road, Shankill

Crews are currently working on these bursts and it is hoped to restore water as soon as possible.
